Objectives:
1. Develop engaging memory enhancement exercises tailored to the cognitive abilities and interests of senior citizens in Bhutan.
2. Implement effective memory retention techniques such as mnemonic devices and association strategies suitable for the aging population in Bhutan.
3. Provide comprehensive instruction on memory maintenance practices including healthy lifestyle habits, stress management, and adequate sleep.
4. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage active participation and social interaction among senior citizens during the “Memory Wellness Hour” sessions.
5. Assess individual progress and adjust the course curriculum accordingly to address the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
6. Collaborate with local community organizations and healthcare professionals to promote awareness and accessibility of the memory training course among senior citizens across Bhutan.
